**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Curriculum Planning**
- Teach Geography to students from Classes VI to X following the CBSE/ICSE/State syllabus.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that explain geographical concepts clearly.
- Incorporate visual aids like maps, globes, charts, and digital tools in the classroom.
- Promote inquiry-based learning and encourage classroom discussions.

**Assessment & Evaluation**
- Design tests, quizzes, projects, and assignments to assess student understanding.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of academic performance, attendance, and behavioral observations.

**Learning Beyond the Textbook**
- Organize educational activities like map reading sessions, geography quizzes, and model-making projects.
- Relate geographical knowledge to current global and environmental issues.
- Encourage student participation in inter-school and national-level Geography competitions.

**Classroom Management**
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Address academic and behavioral concerns proactively.
- Encourage teamwork, respect, and curiosity in the classroom.

**Collaboration & School Involvement**
- Participate in staff meetings, school functions, and academic planning sessions.
- Collaborate with other faculty for cross-disciplinary initiatives.
- Engage with parents during PTMs and share student progress reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
