**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Lesson Planning**
- Teach History to students from Classes VI to X as per the CBSE/ICSE/State curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that foster analytical thinking and curiosity.
- Use innovative teaching strategies to make historical concepts accessible and interesting.

**Assessment & Evaluation**
- Design and conduct periodic tests, assessments, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and academic performance.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.

**Classroom & Curriculum Engagement**
- Incorporate maps, historical timelines, case studies, and multimedia resources into lessons.
- Organize historical exhibitions, model presentations, and quizzes.
- Encourage research-based learning and classroom discussions.

**Classroom Management & Mentorship**
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student behavior and maintain discipline in line with school policies.
- Provide academic and moral guidance to students when needed.

**Collaboration & Participation**
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school functions, and staff workshops.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
