**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Instructional Duties**:

- Deliver high-quality History lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum (e.g., CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and teaching materials in accordance with curriculum standards.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to address different learning styles and abilities, including activity-based, experiential, and inquiry-driven methods.
- Integrate multimedia tools, digital resources, maps, and historical documentaries to enrich classroom instruction.

**Student Engagement and Development**:

- Foster an environment that encourages questioning, discussion, and critical thinking about historical events, sources, and interpretations.
- Promote awareness of global history, heritage, and citizenship through innovative teaching.
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments by providing regular academic support, feedback, and reinforcement.
- Encourage student participation in history-based competitions, model UNs, debates, and school exhibitions.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular formative and summative assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through classwork, assignments, projects, and exams.
- Maintain and update records of student progress, academic reports, and attendance in line with school policy.

**Collaboration and Professional Growth**:

- Collaborate with colleagues in interdisciplinary projects and integrated lesson planning.
- Participate in curriculum planning, school events, open houses, and staff development programs.
- Support the school’s mission, vision, and code of conduct through exemplary behavior and dedication.

**Administrative and Pastoral Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Supervise students during field trips, school functions, and other co-curricular activities.
- Take responsibility for managing class resources and maintaining classroom decorum.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
