**Job Title: PRT/TGT - Hindi Teacher**

**Location**: GD Goenka Public School, Chhibramau, Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Hindi to primary (PRT) or middle school (TGT) students as per CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students’ proficiency in reading, writing, grammar, and literature.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Encourage students to appreciate Hindi literature, culture, and heritage.
- Organize Hindi debates, poetry recitations, drama, and language enrichment activities.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback to parents and school authorities.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment.
- Participate actively in school events, academic meetings, and training programs.

**Qualifications (as per CBSE guidelines):For PRT (Primary Classes - I to V)**:

- **B.Ed./D.El.Ed.** (Diploma in Elementary Education) mandatory as per CBSE norms.
- CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) qualification preferred.

**For TGT (Classes VI to VIII)**:

- Graduation in Hindi with B.Ed. (mandatory) from a recognized university.
- OR Post-Graduation in Hindi with B.Ed.
- CTET qualification preferred.

**Essential Skills**:

- Strong command over Hindi grammar, literature, and phonetics.
- Ability to use creative teaching techniques for better engagement.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Classroom management and student motivation skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school preferred.
- Freshers with required qualifications and passion for teaching are welcome to apply.

**Remuneration**:
Salary will be **commensurate with qualifications and experience**, as per CBSE norms.
