**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive and engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum standards.
- Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including the use of technology and hands-on activities, to enhance learning outcomes.
- Regularly assess and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
- **Student Development**:

- Foster a nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
- Monitor and support the academic, emotional, and social development of each child.
- Identify and address learning challenges or special needs in collaboration with counselors or specialists.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Evaluate and document student progress through tests, assignments, projects, and other assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate performance updates to parents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and enforce rules to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive classroom atmosphere.
- Encourage positive behavior and implement strategies for conflict resolution.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, newsletters, and reports to discuss their child’s progress and address concerns.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities to build a strong school community.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, tools, and trends in primary education.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other teachers, administrators, and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Share resources, ideas, and strategies for effective teaching.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
