Tgt History Teacher

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Delivery & Instruction**
- Teach History as part of the Social Science curriculum in grades 6 to 10.
- Deliver well-structured, age-appropriate, and standards-aligned lessons that engage students in historical thinking, inquiry, and interpretation.
- Incorporate storytelling, visual aids, role plays, debates, and project-based learning to bring historical events to life.
- Promote interdisciplinary connections with geography, civics, and economics where applicable.

**Assessment & Student Evaluation**
- Prepare and conduct assessments, tests, and exams in alignment with board requirements.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work and maintain academic records.
- Track and monitor student progress and provide support for learners with diverse needs and abilities.

**Classroom Management & Student Engagement**
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Encourage active participation, group collaboration, and respectful discussion of differing viewpoints.
- Address behavioral or academic challenges with empathy and professionalism.

**Academic Enrichment & Events**
- Prepare students for school-level, inter-school, or board-level competitions, exhibitions, and quizzes related to history and social studies.
- Support and participate in co-curricular and extracurricular events such as heritage walks, debates, historical dramatizations, and cultural fairs.

**Collaboration & Professional Growth**
- Collaborate with fellow educators in planning cross-curricular activities and interdisciplinary units.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and school improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
