**Job Summary**:
The **TGT English Teacher** will be responsible for teaching English language and literature to students from Grades 6 to 10. The role involves creating a dynamic learning environment that promotes reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while nurturing a love for the language.

**Key Responsibilities:Academic and Instructional Duties**:

- Teach English Language and Literature to classes 6-10 in line with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans focused on grammar, comprehension, composition, and literary appreciation.
- Cover core topics such as:

- Reading comprehension
- Creative and formal writing (essays, letters, notices, articles)
- Grammar and vocabulary development
- Prose and poetry from prescribed textbooks
- Use a variety of teaching aids, strategies, and digital tools to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Encourage reading habits, debate, discussions, and creative writing among students.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct regular assessments, assignments, classwork, and projects.
- Evaluate students’ progress through written and oral tests and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain academic records and prepare student progress reports in a timely manner.

**Classroom Management and Student Engagement**:

- Maintain discipline and a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Encourage participation, expression, and curiosity among students.
- Identify student learning challenges and provide individualized support where necessary.

**Co-Curricular and School Activities**:

- Organize and guide students in co-curricular literary activities like elocution, essay competitions, debates, dramatics, and English club activities.
- Support students in participating in inter-school and national-level competitions.
- Take part in school events, academic fairs, exhibitions, and celebrations.

**Professional Collaboration**:

- Participate in department meetings, curriculum reviews, and academic planning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
