Position Summary:
We are actively searching for dynamic and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Representatives. As a Tele Sales Representative at Dutel Info Integrated Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in propelling sales, establishing connections with potential clients, and contributing to the overall prosperity of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to Dutel Info's innovative [products/services].
- Articulate the unique features and advantages of our solutions effectively to potential customers.
- Recognize customer needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Surpass weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales processes and achieve collective goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and product knowledge to offer informed assistance to customers.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in tele sales or a related role within the [industry] sector. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a fervor for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
