**Executive assistance**:

- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentation and MOM as required
- Coordinate travel plans and logistics for MD
- Support in drafting business letters, memos and other official communication

**Purchase Coordination - Raw Material Procurement**
- Assist the MD in end-to-end procurement of raw materials used in production
- Track market trends and availability of raw materials
- Follow up on purchase orders delivery timelines and inventory status in coordination with stores
- Prepare purchase related MIS reports
- Liaise with cross functional team for timely information flow, approvals and documentation.
- Coordinate daily operations with different departments
- Maintain Vendor master records and purchase logs
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
- Assist in follow up for compliance, quality check and payment coordination

**HR coordination support**:

- Assist in onboarding new employees, documentation, induction and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, leave data and attendance
- Support the HR team in scheduling interviews and meetings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
