Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the sales team in processing orders from inquiry to delivery.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, order confirmations, and payments.
- Prepare and send sales invoices, proforma invoices, and related documents.
Customer Interaction
- Maintain regular communication with customers to address queries and provide updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Track customer feedback and relay it to the sales and production teams.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain records of sales orders, client databases, and transaction reports.
- Support in generating MIS reports, sales performance reports, and forecasting data.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards.
Team Coordination
- Act as a link between sales, production, logistics, and finance teams.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Help streamline processes for better efficiency in order management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and products.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP or CRM software (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
