**About Us**
GLR Spares is a division of Growth Accelerator Technologies Pvt Ltd, focused on providing high-quality industrial spares and components to clients in the pharma, chemical, and manufacturing sectors. We are expanding our sales team to further strengthen our market presence and customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential clients in target industries (pharma, chemical, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable GLR Spares products
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal sourcing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
- Maintain updated records of client interactions, orders, and payments
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Engineering, Business, or related fields)
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products or spares
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel locally for client visits
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
