**Sales Support & Coordination**
- Assist the sales team in **processing orders** from inquiry to delivery.
- Coordinate with **production, logistics, and procurement teams** to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, order confirmations, and payments.
- Prepare and send **sales invoices, proforma invoices, and related documents**.

**Customer Interaction**
- Maintain regular communication with customers to **address queries and provide updates**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Track customer feedback and relay it to the sales and production teams.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare and maintain records of **sales orders, client databases, and transaction reports**.
- Support in generating **MIS reports, sales performance reports, and forecasting data**.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards.

**Team Coordination**
- Act as a link between **sales, production, logistics, and finance teams**.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Help streamline processes for better efficiency in order management.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of **manufacturing processes and products**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP or CRM software (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
