Incheon KIA hiring Automobile Registration executive for Kottayam region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide customers through the vehicle registration process, explaining documentation requirements, fees, and timelines.
- Collect necessary documents such as proof of ownership, identification, insurance, and emissions certificates.
- Complete registration forms accurately and submit them to the relevant government authorities for processing.
- Stay updated on local, state, and federal regulations regarding vehicle registration.
- Maintain organized records of vehicle registration documents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Verify the authenticity of submitted documents and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to vehicle registration.
- Assist customers in completing forms, understanding registration fees, and navigating the registration process.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and service to streamline the registration process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in vehicle registration, automotive dealership, or related administrative role.
- Strong understanding of vehicle registration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document processing and data entry.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,742.20 per month
