**Salary**: 25k ctc & 20k TH

**Qualification**: Graduate

Day shifts ( flexible btw 8 to 8)

6 days working, 1 day rotational off

**Rounds of interview**

- Versant ( Veti 4 & 5 quality)
- Ops round
- Client round

**Location**: Marathahalli, Bangalore.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**: Managing customer queries, complaints, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Managing Reviews and Feedback**: Handling online reviews and feedback, working to resolve any customer dissatisfaction.
- **Order Processing**: Overseeing the order management process, ensuring smooth order placement, payment processing, and fulfillment.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensuring the proper tracking of stock levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- **Returns and Exchanges**: Managing return requests and ensuring they are processed in a timely and customer-friendly manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
