We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to update product listings and process daily orders on our e-commerce website. This role involves managing product information, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management**: Update and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing. Ensure information accuracy and collaborate with teams for content creation.
- **Order Processing**: Manage and process daily orders, coordinate with logistics for timely delivery, and address customer inquiries.
- **Inventory Management**: Track and restock inventory, conduct regular audits, and report discrepancies.
- **Customer Service**: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support, maintaining positive customer relationships.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Experience in e-commerce or similar role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
