**Role Overview**

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, product listings, content accuracy, sales performance tracking, inventory coordination, and overall digital storefront success across leading platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, BigBasket, and D2C websites.

**Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management**
- Manage seller dashboards across multiple marketplaces & ensure compliance
- Upload and optimize product listings — titles, descriptions, keywords, categories
- Coordinate with design teams for listing images, banners, A+ content
- Monitor Buy Box share, visibility & category ranking of products
- Execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons & sale events

**Operations & Inventory Coordination**
- Track orders, shipment status, returns, replacements, and claims
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock updates and dispatch
- Reduce order cancellations and return-to-origin (RTO) rates
- Maintain SKU-level forecasting & replenishment alerts

**Performance & Analytics**
- Monitor daily sales performance and marketplace insights
- Competition pricing & listing benchmarking
- Weekly MIS reports — conversions, impressions, pricing, ratings, logistics KPIs

**Customer Experience & Reputation Management**

Respond to queries/tickets and resolve complaints timely
Monitor product ratings & reviews to maintain strong brand reputation
Suggest improvements based on customer feedback analytics

**Cross-team Collaboration**
- Work with marketing, creative, accounts, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support D2C website merchandising & CRO activities

**Skills & Requirements**
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Shopify/WooCommerce
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formula-based reporting)
- Understanding of SEO keywords for product rankings
- Knowledge of ads on marketplaces (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, proactive & strong communication

- Experience with FMCG / Fashion / Lifestyle categories
