**Job Description**:
Graduate Trainee/Apprenticeship - Performance & Reporting

Apprenticeship is a 12-month program that will provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending theoretical knowledge with on-the-job training. Over the 12-month period, apprentices at Russell Investments will gain valuable exposure to industry while developing essential soft skills and acclimating to a professional corporate environment.

Eligibility- Should not be self-employed- Should not be enrolled under other government-funded programs-
- Should not be registered on EPF/ ESIC Portal

Key Responsibilities- Fundamental knowledge of Financial Instruments, Financial Markets.- Ability to understand Investment Accounting systems, Operations data to identify and resolve data issues or Performance anomolies.- Collaborate across the Global Performance & Reporting Team to gather needed data and ensure delivery of accurate and timely reporting collateral.- Solid comprehension of investment concepts and asset classes.-
- Basic Knowledge about Financial Instruments, Financial Markets and Type of ROR.- Knowledge of commonly used financial dimensions- Ability to communicate with global team members to source data and establish new processes for report maintenance- Proficient in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint.- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and collaboration skills with all levels of management- Highly resourceful and collaborative team-player, with the ability to also be independently effective and exude initiative and a sense of urgency.- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities, has a desire for continuous learning, and proposes solutions.- Ability to act with discretion and maintain complete confidentiality.- Dedicated to the firm’s values of non-negotiable integrity, valuing our people, exceeding client expectations, and embracing intellectual curiosity and rigor.
