**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
**Administrative Support**:
- Assist property managers with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
**- **Financial Management**:
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments related to property management.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Track and reconcile property management expenses.
**Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
