**Job Summary**

The Office Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. They provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and assist in coordinating various activities to maintain a productive and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Office Management**:Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable.Handle office security and access control, if necessary.Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including setting up workstations.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Serve as a point of contact between employees, clients, and external partners. Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.Collaborate with other departments to facilitate inter-departmental communication.
- **Financial Tasks**:Process invoices, expenses, and reimbursements. Assist in budget tracking and financial record-keeping.
- **Technology and IT Support**:Troubleshoot basic technical issues and liaise with IT support when needed. Maintain and update office software and hardware.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree may be required in some organizations).
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with basic financial and budgeting principles (for some positions).
- Knowledge of office equipment and technology.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
