**Customer Support Executive**

QPOS is an AI Powered Restaurant Technology which is a part of Quinta Systems Private Limited. We are focused on building solutions for Food and Beverages industry. We provide solutions to Fine Dines, QSR, Food Trucks, Café, Ice Cream, Clubs, Food Courts, Chains, Franchise business and many more formats.

Objective: As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, identify challenges faced and the cause and provide technical resolutions for the software.

As a customer support executive will engage customers and keep up the satisfaction of the customer using QPOS Software so that the recurring revenue is received.

**Responsibilities**

Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues reported by customers.

Should do a basic trouble shooting of networking challenges

Guide customers through step-by-step solutions for software problems.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support or engineering teams.

Document and track issues reported by customers in the support ticketing system.

Maintain details of the list of the issues reported

Create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs to assist users.

Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support.

Onsite travel requirement is 20%.

**Qualifications**

Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Networking, Commerce.

Previous experience in software support or a related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and understandable manner.

Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM tools.

Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

**Languages Known: English, Malayalam, Hindi**
