**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, review, and process food orders from in-house systems or third-party platforms.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and packaging of orders.
- Assign delivery drivers or riders based on order location and delivery zones.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of all food items.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues.
- Resolve any delivery or dispatch-related problems in real time.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, driver routes, and delivery completion.
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are upheld during dispatch.
- Collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house, and delivery staff to streamline operations.
- Report any incidents, delays, or feedback to the supervisor or management.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or hospitality is a plus.
- Prior experience in dispatching, logistics, or food service preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, delivery apps, and order management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling guidelines.

**Working Conditions**:

- May require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Work is primarily in a restaurant, dispatch station, or central kitchen environment.
- May require prolonged periods of standing and occasional lifting of food containers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
