Job Description: QC for Dispatch, Trainings & Kitchen Audits

Designation**:Senior Executive / Assistant Manager**

are seeking a highly motivated Quality professional to join our Quality department at Fan hospitality Pvt Ltd. Who can be a go getter, can along with supervisors & line qc.

**Principle Accountabilities** include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure all region dispatch is done and verification is done timely manner ensure products are dispatched as per quality specs
- Ensure CK audits(CK, warehouse2,Biryani section and new training room),staff room are done timely basis ,also the NCs are closed before next audit in liaise with CK team & in approval with QA head
- Ensure all cold rooms are well maintained, labelling, fifo arrangement, temperatures are maintained at all times
- Ensure pest control has been done regularly and service reports are collected and filed
- Food safety training for new outlet & Ck to all levels employees to be imparted as per schedule
- Weekly reports to be shared to quality head
- Support in outlets auditing if in case of emergency or any trouble shooting complaints
- Ensure on regular checks on nearby expired items, regular inspection on finished good every 15 days, reports to be circulated to stake holders
- Regularly follow with reminders to outlets and ensure the products sent to outlet at right temperatures are captured
- Work closely with QA head and ensure the day to day quality related deviation are closed along with line Qc s and supervisors
- **Preferred Qualifications**

**1. **Educational **:Bachelors Degree in Food technology or Microbiology only**

2. Trainings**:Fostac Training mandatory ,HACCP trained**

3. To good in report making

**Experience**:

- Verbal and written communication, analysis, strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving
- Two to 4 years minimum of professional experience
- Willing to take responsibility and having a attitude to resolve conflicts and be part of the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,308.78 - ₹25,000.00 per month
