**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**:

- Receive and process customer orders through the warehouse management system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to order specifications.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfilment, reviewing orders before dispatch.

**Inwarding Inventory**:

- Oversee the intake and storage of incoming inventory.
- Verify product quantities, inspect for damage, and ensure all items are logged accurately.
- Organize and manage stock in the warehouse for easy access and retrieval.

**Quality Control (QC) and Packaging**:

- Perform quality checks on products before they are packaged for delivery.
- Ensure items meet company standards and are free of defects.
- Package products securely, ensuring they are ready for safe transport.

**Dispatch and Delivery Tracking**:

- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor shipment status and provide accurate tracking information to clients.
- Resolve any delays or issues related to dispatch and deliveries.

**Client Updates and Communication**:

- Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their orders, including delivery timelines.
- Communicate with clients as soon as their orders are dispatched and when they have been delivered.

**Client Coordination for Delivery Issues**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding any issues related to non-delivery, delivery discrepancies, or product issues.
- Investigate delivery issues, collaborate with relevant teams, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order processing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.
- Ability to lift and move items (as required).
