**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the **dispatch and logistics** process to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with the **warehouse, transporters, and clients** for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate **stock records** and update inventory in **Tally**.
- Generate **invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documents**.
- Track shipments and update customers on their order status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and **logistics regulations**.
- Manage **billing, reconciliation, and basic accounting** tasks.
- Utilize **Excel** to generate reports, track dispatch schedules, and analyze data.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues, including **delays, damages, and discrepancies**.
- Collaborate with accounts and sales teams for efficient order processing.

**Key Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in dispatch/logistics.
- Strong knowledge of **Tally, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), and accounts**.
- Familiarity with **inventory management and invoicing**.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A degree/diploma in **Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field**.
- Experience in **transport/logistics industry** will be an advantage.
