Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Manager located in Bengaluru. The Dispatch Manager will oversee the dispatching of deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders. Responsibilities include managing the dispatch team, communicating with drivers, coordinating with customer service, monitoring daily operations, and optimizing delivery routes.

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proficiency in Operations Management
  • Effective problem-solving and time management skills
  • Experience in logistics or delivery management is a plus
