The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the
dispatch and delivery of finish goods and semi finish material for
outsourcing activity. This role ensures that orders are processed
efficiently, shipments are dispatched accurately, and delivery schedules
are adhered to. The Dispatch Executive works closely with various internal
teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations and
high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job

**Responsibilities**:
 Plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods to customers, ensuring
timely and accurate delivery while optimizing transportation routes
and resources.
 Monitor and manage logistics operations to ensure efficient
transportation and delivery of goods, addressing any issues that may
arise during the shipping process.
 Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch /
outsource operations, including shipment details, delivery
confirmations, receipt of outsource material and any related
correspondence.
 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery
status, addressing any inquiries or issues related to dispatch and
ensuring high levels of customer service.
 Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory and teams to
ensure that stock levels are sufficient to meet dispatch needs and that
goods are properly prepared for shipment (material should clean and
arrange proper manner)
 Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
related to dispatch and transportation, including proper handling of
goods and adherence to legal requirements.
 Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to dispatch,
including delays, damages, or order errors, and implement corrective
actions as needed.
 Track and analyze dispatch performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficency
