**Position: Dispatch ExecutiveLocation**: Factory, Mr Kitchen**Experience - 1 yearKey Responsibilities**:

- **Order Preparation & Planning**:

- Ensure timely packing and dispatch of modular kitchen and wardrobe units as per production schedule.
- Coordinate with production, store, and logistics teams for order readiness.
- Plan dispatch routes and delivery schedules for optimal efficiency.
- **Documentation & Records**:

- Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, dispatch notes, and gate passes.
- Ensure proper documentation for material movement.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaise with transporters/drivers for vehicle availability and movement.
- Monitor vehicle loading/unloading activities and ensure safety of materials.
- **Inventory & Stock Handling**:

- Keep track of dispatch stock, returns, and damaged goods.
- Coordinate with the store for material shortage or replacement issues.
- **Reporting & Communication**:

- Provide daily dispatch reports to the factory manager and operations team.**skills & Qualifications**:

- Good knowledge of dispatch and delivery operations.
- Familiar with ERP or inventory software (preferred).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle on-ground challenges and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,397.61 - ₹27,411.85 per month
