- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service, and come to work with a positive attitude
- Monitor day-to-day office activities in the facility
- Create and send reports to the Director
- Train and manage staff, supervise administrative and clerical duties
- Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations
- Serving as a host at conferences, and ensuring that all relevant preparations are made for the event
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning platforms
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- **Well-presented and professional appearance.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
