**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Logistics Management: Oversee and optimize the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to streamline operations.
- Inventory Control: Develop and implement strategies for efficient inventory management, including forecasting demand, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing excess inventory. Implement best practices to ensure accurate inventory records and prevent stockouts.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement measures to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Distribution Setup: Lead the setup and expansion of distribution networks, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery to customers. Develop distribution strategies to optimize routes and reduce lead times.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure favorable terms and reliable service. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to logistics and distribution. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and inventory reports.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in logistics, stock management, and inventory control, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to logistics and distribution in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
