**Job Description: Warehouse Operations Executive (with Zoho Experience)**

**Job Title**: Retail Warehouse Operations Executive
**Location**: Sakinaka
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee daily operations of the retail warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
- Manage warehouse layout and optimize space utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

**Zoho Integration & Management**:

- Configure and manage Zoho Inventory to track stock levels, orders, and warehouse activities.
- Integrate Zoho Inventory with other systems such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, or eCommerce platforms.

**Inventory Control**:

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records promptly.

**Order Fulfillment**:

- Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee the packing and shipping processes to meet quality and delivery standards.
- Address and resolve any issues in the order-to-delivery process.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies in warehouse processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Stay updated on Zoho features and recommend ways to optimize workflows.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse tasks.

**Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and managing performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in retail.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
- Proficiency in using Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and integration tools.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Inventory accuracy rate.
- Order processing and fulfillment time.
- Warehouse space utilization efficiency.
- Reduction in operational errors or discrepancies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
