We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning of inventory, dispatch, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, knowledge of warehouse procedures, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
  • Prepare and verify GRNs, delivery challans, and other warehouse documents.
  • Monitor inward and outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with store, logistics, and procurement teams for timely replenishment and dispatch.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of products as per company standards.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to safety and compliance guidelines.
  • Track daily attendance and maintain discipline in warehouse operations.
  • Assist in improving warehouse processes for efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹14,000.00 per month
