Warehouse Assistant

Records Management
- Enter and update sales orders, purchase orders, GRNs, dispatch records, and stock movements in the system (ERP/Excel/CRM).
- Maintain accurate data for inward/outward inventory, invoices, and vendor/customer records.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, dispatches, and warehouse performance.
Warehouse Management
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure goods are stored properly to avoid damage, misplacement, or shortages.
- Manage warehouse staff/labor for loading, unloading, and order execution.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery across locations.
- Implement cost-effective methods to improve storage, handling, and dispatch efficiency.
Coordination & Compliance
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse SOPs.
- Assist in vendor coordination for inward and outward materials.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9, ₹31,078.17 per month
