**What role you will play in our team**:
Warehouse operator will be responsible for warehouse operations at the plant located in Isambe, Khalapur. Responsible to oversee, manage and lead a group of contract workers / forklift operators in loading operations in accordance with established work procedures to meet the dispatch plan, at the same time meeting all OIMS requirements. Responsible to ensure safe working environment. Lead contractor’s team to maintain good housekeeping in warehouse (plant) facilities to ensure a safe working environment.

**What you will do**:

- Systems Ensure cycle count to be done on daily basis.
- Responsible to oversee, manage and lead a group of contract workers / forklift operators in loading operations in accordance with established work procedures to meet the dispatch plan, at the same time meeting all OIMS requirements.
- Ensure that group of contract workers / operators adhere strictly to correct PPE requirements per OIMS standards.
- Safety tool box talk to be conducted with forklift operators & casuals.
- Ensure FIFO system to be followed during issue of the materials.
- Ensure space availability at shop floor by evacuation of Finished Goods co-ordinate with Logistic team for vehicle placement.
- Ensure Zero detention at plant.
- Responsible to ensure timely posting of inventory movement in STRIPES & relevant system.
- Coordinate with LSP (Logistics Service Provider) Transporter and share the vehicle requirement / schedule for 0-3 days (rolling plan).
- Maintenance of decanted items details in register
- Physical stock take activity, reconciliation & closure of the stock accounting statement on every month
- End Preparation of Work instruction for stores & warehouse
- Responsible to ensure proper handling and timely posting of leakage & damage inventory generated in warehouse operations, is moved to Hold and DM01 location in STRIPES system and physical designated area within warehouse.
- Responsible to ensure periodic review of Hold & DM01 inventory and to work on corrective action with the blend & filling team to avoid any product loss / avoidable of write-off’s.
- Ensure timely write-off unsalable inventory to ensure good housekeeping damage/leakage area in the warehouse.
- Generated inventory ageing report for plant warehouse and share with supply planner for timely action on slow moving / dead stock.
- Scrap disposal plan for online packing materials & rejected packing materials.
- Issue of Packing Materials, Packed Additives against requisition slip & keep track of the same
