**Job Title: Warehouse Stock Controller**

**Location**: Sakinaka.

**Department**: Warehouse/Logistics

**Reports To**: Warehouse Manager

**Job Summary**:The Warehouse Stock Controller is responsible for the efficient and effective management of warehouse operations. This includes receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized, and adhering to safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Receiving Goods**:

- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Verify quantity and quality of goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Unload goods using appropriate equipment and store them in designated areas.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excesses.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Organize and store goods in an orderly manner to optimize space and accessibility.
- Label goods with proper identification for easy retrieval.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) principles for inventory management.
- **Dispatching Goods**:

- Prepare and pack orders for dispatch according to customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods to customers or other departments.
- Coordinate with transport and logistics providers for shipment pickups.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Warehouse Manager.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of goods received, stored, and dispatched.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels and warehouse activities.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic inventory audits.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a stock controller, warehouse clerk, or similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and best practices.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
