**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Supervisor cum Operative is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient, safe, and organized handling of goods, inventory, and staff management. This role combines leadership and hands-on duties, supervising warehouse staff while also engaging in operational tasks, including the receiving, storing, packaging and dispatching of goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Supervision**:

- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse operatives to ensure the efficient flow of goods
- Provide training and guidance to new staff and existing employees
- Conduct daily briefings to ensure the team is aware of priorities and goals
- Monitor performance and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels, and deliveries
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory data
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and that all equipment is maintained and operational

**Operational Tasks**:

- Handle the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to customer specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment such as packing machinery as needed
- Manage the loading and unloading of deliveries
- Assist in maintaining and organizing warehouse space for maximum efficiency
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and tracking of inventory items

**Health & Safety**:

- Enforce health and safety policies within the warehouse
- Train staff on the safe operation of warehouse equipment and machinery

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Communicate effectively with other departments (such as purchasing, sales, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory levels, deliveries, and warehouse performance
- Handle any customer-related issues or concerns regarding warehouse operations

**Qualifications**:

- We Welcome Freshers
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Operative, or in a similar role is appriciated
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., Heat Packing machines, etc.)
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items as required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
