Warehouse Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
- Oversee inventory management and control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Train, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory control.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
