**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven **Field Sales Executive** to expand our customer base and drive sales growth. This role involves direct interaction with clients, product presentations, and closing deals in an assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and visit potential customers to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team and provide insights for business development.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum HSC Passed
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
- **Skills Required**: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Good understanding of the assigned territory and market trends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
