We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of the company. This position involves working closely with the marketing team, sales team, and various stakeholders to execute successful marketing campaigns and events in specific geographic areas or target markets.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and Implement Regional Marketing Plans:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific marketing plans aligned with overall company objectives and strategies.
Conduct market research to gain insights into local trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Coordinate and Execute Marketing Events and Campaigns:Plan, organize, and execute regional events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities to reach target audiences.
Manage all logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution of events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, field marketing, or event planning.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various locations for events and meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

Ability to Relocate:
