APMEDCARE is a fast-growing integrated healthcare brand with 15+ pharmacy stores in Nagpur, a diagnostic lab network, and cold chain infrastructure. We are now expanding aggressively and looking to build a solid field team to drive local awareness, walk-ins, and lab service adoption.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic MBA graduate (Marketing/Sales preferred) who is strategic yet hands-on. You will be responsible for designing and executing ground-level campaigns, engaging local stakeholders, and driving tangible revenue outcomes across our pharmacy and diagnostics verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and execute local marketing plans for stores and diagnostics
- Conduct B2B visits to societies, clinics, corporates, and hospitals
- Pitch lab packages, discounts, and home collection services
- Train store staff on customer engagement, cross-selling & promotions
- Manage flyer distribution campaigns, society tie-ups, health camps
- Track campaign performance and report data-driven insights
- Act as the on-ground extension of the digital marketing team
- Build territory intelligence and competitive benchmarking
- MBA in Marketing/Sales (or equivalent PG in Healthcare/Retail Marketing)
- 0-2 years of work experience (internship/FMCG/pharma/retail preferred)
- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Good interpersonal skills, local market knowledge, and execution mindset
- Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone
- Passionate about brand-building and community engagement
