- Keep clients informed about updates, new offerings, or changes within the company.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Address any concerns or issues raised by clients promptly and effectively.
- Work with internal teams to resolve problems and ensure client satisfaction.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify potential clients.
- Represent the company professionally and promote its products/services.
