**What this job involves**:
Duties & responsibilities

Core Housekeeping management
My facility tool tickets
Handling mails and coordinating with multiple team for closure
Taking care of Operations i.e. Mail room/Stores/Housekeeping/F&B
Coordinating with all internal JLL team and vendors related to her scope of
Preparing certain MIS
Need to flexible in shift

Performance objectives

To be support in all Soft Service areas

Key skills
- Ability to manage the Facilities Operations
- Knowledge and handling all the Soft service related queries

Education and experience
Graduate & minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in managing Facilities (Soft services and Technical). Soft services can be a core domain with a hands on experience in technical.

A relationship builder
As well as a keen desire for success in facilities operations, you’ll have the ability to handle end to end facilities operations and some learning’s. You’ll also be good at building team relationships and excellent interpersonal skills.

An eye for detail
You should have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information - and translate this into strategic deliverables.

Great organisational skills
You should have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements.
