Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Executive, based in Hyderabad. The Facility Executive will oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring seamless and efficient management of building systems, maintenance, and vendor services. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction in service delivery, maintaining high standards of building management, and addressing operational challenges promptly. The role requires ensuring compliance with company policies, safety measures, and delivering excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) with the ability to supervise daily operational activities effectively.
  • Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and the ability to maintain high levels of service quality.
  • Skills in Building Management, including maintaining infrastructure and ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Strong Communication skills for liaising with teams, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an on-site environment, is an advantage.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to manage emergencies swiftly.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background in Facility Management or a related field is preferred.
