  • Oversee daily operations of soft services, including housekeeping, cafeteria/catering, security, landscaping, and waste management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all facilities.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and contract compliance.
  • Monitor and report on service levels, suggesting improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand facility requirements and address complaints or issues promptly.
  • Maintain records of soft services operations, including schedules, audits, and inventory of consumables.
  • Support the Facility Manager in budget planning and execution for soft services.
  • Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure facilities meet organizational standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in facility management or soft services.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping, security, and other soft services operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software is a plus.
