**Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, to optimize time efficiency and prioritize commitments.
**Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and compile minutes when necessary. Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements by providing relevant materials and background information.
**Travel Arrangements**: Arrange complex and detailed travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO, considering time zones and potential scheduling conflicts.
**Task Prioritization**: Monitor, prioritize, and follow up on tasks and action items to ensure timely completion. Proactively identify areas where support is needed and take initiative to address them.
**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and trust within the executive office.
**Special Projects**: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, initiatives, and events as directed by the CEO.
**Document Management**: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring that information is readily accessible when needed.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the executive team and cross-functional departments to facilitate communication and information flow.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
