**Job Purpose**

Sales & Marketing executives research and develop marketing and sales strategies for a company.They should be to drive sales by designing and implementing target marketing strategies. They responsible for maintaining customer relationship, tracking sales data and creating performance report.

**Relationships**

**Position Reports to**:General Manger / MD / Project Manager

**People Reporting into the Position**: QS & BILLING

**Coordination**: Project Department / MD/ GM
Duties and Responsibilities **Creating and presenting sales performance report.**
- Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Maintaining client relations, and setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes as well concern.
- To get order / project from the client.
- To prepare and close all type of pre sales activities.
- To prepare proposal data for the client for new project and same has to submit to the client.
- To prepare and meet with client to understand his requirement.
- To coordinate with Design & QS team to prepare proposal drawing / BOQ as well as tender drawing.
- To create and prepare kick off meeting before start of execution of project.
- To prepare / gather all the information from client for initial stage and circulate.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objection.
- Collaborate with the team members to achieve better result.
- Gather feedback from client or prospects and share with internal teams.

Education and Experience Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in sales / Marketing / MBA with 3-4 years of experience in Industrial / Residential Project
