Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading sales outsourcing company in Bangalore, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented MBA graduate (Marketing, Sales, or Sales Operations) to join our team as a Sales & Business Development Intern.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in lead generation and client engagement activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support in creating presentations and proposals for clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and gain insights into the sales process.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA degree in Marketing, Sales, or Sales Operations.
- Excellent communication skills in propositional English and Hindi.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship with an immediate start date.
