That is what we intend to do: Reverse the trend of decreasing public transport usage in urban India **Responsibilities** - Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. - Manage incoming phone calls to answer and guide customer’s queries. - Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies - Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. - Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff. - Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team. - Overseeing the customer service process. **Role** 1. A bachelor’s degree 2. Should be able to speak Kannada, English and Hindi 3. A minimum of 1 years’ experience. 4. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills 5. Knowledge of CRM systems. 6.
