- Life Insurance Transactions_
- Responsibilities:_
- _Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP_
- _Prioritize transactions according to detailed guidelines to meet SLA_
- _Plans and prioritizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives_
- _Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems._
- _Assist with/perform other team tasks as the need arises._
- _Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems_
- _Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards_
- _Handle own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met._
- _Ability to handle basic day to day requirements of excel_

- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_

- _Relevant experience in similar process_
- _Life Insurance policy admin - Experience in processing of client changes transactions like Address Change, Name Change, Beneficiary and Ownership changes, Return mail, Correspondence_
- _Exposure to Life Policy Admin systems like - CFO, CK4, CNB, Ingenium, Vantage, IPAS, PACE, ORD, TAS2000, TRADNY, ULANY, ULAS, ULB, ULM, ULP, ULU, ULX, VTGF_
- _Good English Communication (Both written & verbal) - Talocity Score of >50_
- _Proactive communication & High analytical skills - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data_
- _Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job_
- _Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer service_
- _Ready to work on stretched working hours_
- _Ability to independently work well with internal and external customers_
- _Customer service focus_
- _Basic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 20 words/minute_
