- Responsibilities_
- _Initial death notification and follow-up on incomplete documents and information in relation to submitted death claims_
- _Reviewing and matching beneficiary claim forms (death claims)_
- _Maintaining and reviewing death trackers with multiple beneficiaries_
- _Review return mail and determine what action to take, resend letter/packet, research address_
- _Strong written English and good understanding of grammar to review documents and letter for grammatical mistakes and correcting them accordingly_
- _Data Entry: Enter and update policy and transaction information into the system with high accuracy_
- _Communicate with clients and agents to obtain necessary information, resolve issues, and provide updates on request status_
- _Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and agents, ensuring satisfaction and striving to meet and exceed service standards_
- _Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the life and annuity insurance industry, products, services, and processes_
- _Qualitative review of the documents received for completion and gather additional requirements_
- _Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA_
- _Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives_
- _Assist with/perform other team tasks as required_
- _Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems_
- _Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met_
- _Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of excel_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications/Skills_
- _Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law_

- Essential Skills_
- _Relevant experience in Life and Annuities Claims_
- _Understanding of HIPAA (PHI/PII)_
- _Strong English Communication (Both written & verbal)_
- _Proactive communication & High analytical skills - should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data_
- _Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job_
- _Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service_
- _Ready to work on stretched working hours_
- _Basic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 35 words/minute_
- _Insurance knowledge_
- _Experience towards direct calling to Insured/ providers/facility_
