Position: Purchase Executive (HVAC Segment)

Role Overview: As a Purchase Executive at Max Aircon Pune, you will play a critical role in managing the procurement process and ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of HVAC equipment and materials. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC segment, you will be responsible for vendor management, negotiating contracts, maintaining inventory levels, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Procurement Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, evaluation, selection, negotiation, and purchase of HVAC equipment, materials, and services.

Vendor Management: Identify and develop relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers in the HVAC segment. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Cost Optimization: Continuously review and analyze purchase prices, terms, and conditions to negotiate favorable pricing, maximize cost savings, and achieve budgetary targets.

Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels of HVAC equipment and materials to meet project requirements while minimizing excess stock and ensuring efficient storage and logistics.

RFQ Preparation: Prepare detailed Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Purchase Orders (POs) based on project specifications, technical requirements, and budget constraints.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to understand project requirements, provide procurement support, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that purchased HVAC equipment and materials meet quality standards and specifications, and work closely with the quality control team to resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and delivery receipts. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Market Research: Stay informed about the latest market trends, industry developments, and emerging products in the HVAC segment. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and innovative procurement strategies.

Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve procurement processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of the purchasing function.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Purchase Executive in the HVAC segment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, materials, and suppliers in the market.
- Proven track record in vendor management, negotiation, and contract management.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, RFQ preparation, and purchase order management.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills to achieve cost savings and optimize purchasing strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
